Hutchinson Island President's Council
of Martin County
The Hutchinson Island Preservation Initiative is providing administrative support to launch a new organization, the Hutchinson Island President’s Council of Martin County for the presidents of condominium associations on Hutchinson Island in Martin County. A similar group, President's Council of Hutchinson Island, has been in existence for many years in St. Lucie County.
The president or designated representative of each condominium association, HOA and/or POA on Hutchinson Island in Martin County is invited and encouraged to attend each meeting and to share any relevant information with their property owners.

What will the Presidents’ Council Do?

Provide a forum for sharing information and experiences. Condominium associations on Hutchinson Island face many of the same issues, like management, construction and repair issues, and the presidents and boards of those associations often reinvent the wheel when trying to address them.

Provide a forum for sharing information on topics that affect Hutchinson Island in Martin County, like beach erosion, building height limits and taxation.

Provide a cohesive voice, when appropriate, for providing input to Martin County on issues of common interest.
